I keep getting a sharp pain on the top backish part of my head, and when its not there it feels like someone is putting pressure on it, and whenever I move my head it feels like its moving with me.

I've been having sinus problems lately and I don't know if the two could be related,

Please someone tell me what it might be?

Yeah, it could be the sinus infection, but if its sharp, there's a chance it could also be something serious. With sharp head pains, brain anorisms (sp?) sometimes are the cause. My family has a history of these, and many times they can leave you parlyzed, or possibly even dead. Several of my relatives have died from these. A brain anorism occurs when a blood vessel ruptures in the brain, and thus need to be checked out as soon as possible to operate on. Now, I'm not saying that this is what you have, its just a good reason to go call someone or get it checked out. Too many of my family members have gone on thinking it was nothing and payed the price later.

Hope everything goes well and you're fine soon.
