i googled the word and mostly found it quoted in a story called "barranca abajo" by florencio sánchez. i translated the page into english on google but the word did not translate. this is going to drive me crazy until i can find out what it means.

all help is appreciated, thanks!!!

tinguitanga = desorden in Spanish

desorden = disorder, disturbance, confusion, riot, disarray

I hadn't heard that world b4 but reading the context makes me guess that is something like "mess" or "muddle"

Probably derives from the Quechua word ´´INTIHUATANA´´, that means solar clock, you can find it in Macchu Picchu (Cuzco,Peru).
