Well first off don't try and impress her by being someone your not. Find things that you normaly like to do, things that your good at and enjoy. Show your interests to her and see if you both have something in common. ( don't try to act cool and different when
you are around your friends. That could push a girl away.) and just let her know that you are you and from that it will all come

Just be yourself. It's not a matter of when or where, it's a matter of why. That's usually how i find guys, I just look for the ones who are most layed back and self confident about their self. I hate it when i start going out with a guy who acts a certain way to get me to go out with him and then is a completely different person when we start going out. Don't be a hypocrite to get someone, that is one of the biggest mistakes that u can make.

You may get lucky and get a girl, but just remember : Instead of trying to convince a girl to like you because you are a nice guy, be more assertive and confident and have her really be attracted to you. Then you won't have

Look Dude, It's not about looks it's about confidence. Sounds like you are just like I was in school. So concerned about being better looking and etc...Once I realized that all I had to do was be me and not worry about things the girls started lining up. Do you and they will come.

I think you have to like YOURSELF for who you are first. No one wants to be with someone who is insecure or who questions their worth. Check yourself first and chances are while you're busy doing something else, SHE will come around. These things DO NOT happen when YOU want them to. The big guy upstairs has got some tricks up his sleeve for ya!

The best way to get a girl that likes you for who you are is to go to the loner people. They are much more likely to like you for who you are rather than what you look like or what you have.

find couple of girsl you think its your type
try to talk to one at a each time.
pick the best one to talk to and best attrative to you
if shes a really cool person to talk to
and you think you could kick it with her
ask her about yourself.
if you dont think she doesnt like you
move on to the 2nd one
you liked and talk to her for minute
filrt with her
have fun.
