No, I don't. At least not for nos. 1 and 3. Most people aren't in debt because they want to be...they're in debt because of cost of living and other things. There are too many real criminals out there , those who rob, rape, injure people, who need to be in jail and aren't.
No. 2 depends on the situation. If the parent just isn't paying child support or if they are really in debt and can't pay.
No. 4..we already jail people for unpaid taxes if the taxes haven't been paid for a few years.

All the above are reasons one can be put in jail, so why not do the right thing and handle the responsibility.

Credit Card debt, no, but they should pay their debt, they charged it, they need to pay it asap. You ask for the credit, honor it.

Child Support debt, yes, if a person refuses to do it. they need to support their own children, not the state's job. Children should not be forgotten and thrown away. Parent need to stop up and take care of the their responsibility.

Unpaid traffic tickets, yes, if they do not pay it. they need to pay it , and forget it. Even traffic courts will let one pay it out over period of months, no reason to ignore it, it will not go away.

Unpaid taxes, no, but arrangements should be made to pay them, and IRS will make a payment plan for you to pay. Better to make arrangements, they can put you in jail.

The TOP reason I would support JAIL Time for Debt is CHILD SUPPORT DEBT ... these jerks that are Deadbeat Parents are doing this to TORMENT the Responsible Custodial Parent, and are DELIBERATELY Withholding the child support (and I know this situation PERSONALLY -- I have a Deadbeat Ex -- from a short disaster of a marriage .. who was convicted of multiple things including Abusing the Children -- and who NEVER paid the child support per the Court order and Changed Addresses all the time to AVOID being Caught, dropped jobs, Avoided going to court (or getting Served with Modification Orders), etc ..) all to AVOID his obligations to the children.

That is a problem with MANY Responsible Single Parents ... we just can't get our orders ENFORCED completely (especially the Medical Co-Pays/Deductibles, the Insurance expenses, and Shared Costs (like Child Care Fees)). I have an existing Order of Arrearages in multiple tens of thousands of dollars outstanding with Child Support Enforcement Services (State Level), that is going to be outstanding FOREVER ... because he every time the Investigators get close (or I get close) to locating his rear end ... he QUITS, goes on Unemployment (and he did use that time to STALK me too!), or gets paid under the table.

Credit Card Debt, Unpaid Traffic Tickets, well .. although a problem .. this is not necdssarily as critical for the welfare of the generations of children we are raising/supporting through our taxes because of DEADBEAT Parents out there.

Unpaid Taxes -- there are Federal Statues for this ... and yes, the Fed Penitentiaries do have these Tax Evaders in them.
