If a man whom is 6"2 and weighs about 200lbs and is pretty muscular gets shot in the arm/leg he would feel less pain and mostly live longer (if his wounds weren't touched) then a man who is 5"9 and weighs 140 pounds, correct?

I would believe its correct, because the bigger man has stronger bones then the smaller man. But i'm not a Doctor!

Musculature does nothing for pain. Nor will it enable you to 'live longer'.
The real difference is that the muscular man is more likely to be in good health (Although obviously you don't need to be muscular to be health), which will contribute to living longer.
The lighter man is also in greater danger of going into shock from blood loss.
The muscular man may also have a stronger adrenal reaction, which will counter-act the pain. (It's why you should never shoot an attacker in the leg, the shot of adrenaline may enable them to ignore the wound and attack you).

The bigger more MUSCULAR man does not have stronger/denser bones, he has more MUSCLES. Possibly because he has more muscles (used as a layer of protection) he could get injured a little less, but that is not scientifically a fact. Pain would be felt the same between the two men because nerve endings work the same. When shot, they would basically feel the same, but living longer would be of chance, and the more fit would survive longer. (By very little longer and if shot in the same place, more fit does not refer to most muscular).

As for pain the same, would he live longer, probably the same, depends on the will to live etc
