The only dangerous effect is that the driver dose'nt pay attention to the road and drives really bad. They should make cell phones in cars illegal...because No one uses head sets, not in the state im in.

Cell phones are only one thing in the equation of distracted drivers. there is also changing radio stations, attempting to read maps, drinking a coke, and the list goes on and on.
