I am 14 andMy hair is very thick and it is cut into a bob. When i was about 6 or 7 my hair was touching my back. I would love for itto grow at least 3 more inches in less than one year. How can i take care of it? how can i make it grow! Plz help!!

Moderate trims. 1/8 inch every 2 months or so to get rid of any split ends and any breakage.
Do not use the closed (lots of bristles) brushes, they tend to 'rip' the hair, try the ones with the plastic bristles with a round plastic nub on the end.
ALWAYS brush from bottom of hair up towards the scalp to undo taggles without ripping hair. Use conditioners to help relax/ soften the hair for this.

Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2 x day. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Will grow your hair 3 inches in about 2-3 months. I am not lieing, as it is the only thing that has gotten my hair and nails to grow long. Cues acne. Lose weight.

take vitamins {they make them specifically to help with hair and nail growth} but, considering your only wanting 3 inches in a year? it should definately grow that fast...
also dont over brush your hair, and use good shampoo & conditioner
