What is MDMA? It may be an illegal substance or not but I would like to know is it methadone maintenance?

Wow, you are so subtle. I would totally trust ANYONE on Yahoo Answers to be a credible drug supplier and not a cop or a skeez bag. If were a drug dealer (which I'm not), I would not trust anyone stupid enough to post this question on Yahoo answers with my freedom or safety either. In short, what the heck is your problem?
