im a18 tr old guy and she is 17 years old ...do you think 2 months is too early to surprise her on valemtimes by leaving 12 roses, a letter and a big *** teddy bear at her door at 6 am so when she opens the door she find these things first thing in the morning??... and im also planing to tell her that i really love her, and i want to have a serius relationship with her??... what you guys think... any suggestions?

leave a single rose, a dozen roses means "im sorry." a single rose means "i love you." but it sounds sweet as can be!

Here is what I think that you should do:
2 months is a little early I think to say I love you. But that is your choice. I wouldn't do a dzn roses. That is too much! I would do 1 red, and 1 pink, and maybe even 1 white rose (or you just do 1 red), make the bear hold the rose and the letter. Be creative with the envelope for the letter. You could write her name in calligraphy or real fancy. Also in the letter tell her how much you care for her and how much you want this to work out and turn into soemthing long term. I don't know if you should leave it at her door or deliver it to her work or school (girls love to show off there stuff at school).
Also you could give them to her all separate. Like set the letter in her car, deliver the roses to her school, then give hand deliver her the teddy bear that night. You will surly do a GREAT job. I hope I helped!!!

I know this is not what you asked, but if you want to do something special. Don't do it on V day, why does the world need a day to show love?
Do it when it is unexpected.
