I am planning on purchasing another Dane in about 12 to 18 months. I would like the dog to be bred to German standard. Does anyone know of a breeder in Canada or the US who is reputable that breeds to German standard?

maybe the Great Dane Club of American can help you out with locating a reputable breeder

The German "standard" and the US/Canadian "standard" is the same as far as conformation goes.

Go to the GDCA site and check out the list of responsible breeders.
