will i vomit more? all i ate last night was four slices of pizza hut, no biggie. but this morning i has diarheaa and i vomited liquid ****. is my vomit gonna come later on the day? or is one enough? did my stomach not digest the food right or what?

If it was food poison U would have been sick that night. I think U have a virus. Take a look at these sites i found 4 u. Yes I think U will puke & possible more diarrhea Be sure U keep something on Ur stomach, soup, broth & sports drinks 4 electrolytes. When it comes out both ends like that, and you've recently eaten in a restauraunt, it's often Norwalk virus. It takes 2-3 days to get over the virus, and yes you may vomit again.
Make sure you are drinking clear fluids (like apple juice, gatorade) to replace the fluid and electrolytes that you are losing. Rest.
