that's a simple one. narrow-minded thinking: "if i don't believe it, it CAN'T true" or "it can't be true, because i don't want it to be"

I am not saying that Atheist do not believe in a God. However at one point in their life everyone does. It is put there by none other than God himself. For the soul of a person desires after God, because without God, the soul will be brought to despair. The conscience is proof of a God, although it can be seared, and so lied to that it ends up believing the lie, that God does not exist. That is the most dredful state that anyone can reach.

I personally find it hard to believe because you spend a lot of time debating something you don't believe in and hanging out with Christians in religious forums.
If you truly didn't believe in the substance of religion, you wouldn't be here.
Look at it like this. What do you watch on tv, sports, movies or soap operas? Let's say you hate the soaps. You're an atheist (an a-soapist). But you keep going over to your mom's house and you watch them hour after hour and you name all the characters and whether they're evil or just misunderstood.
How are you going to tell your mom you hate the soaps? She'll laugh at you.

...I don't believe most who profess to be atheists really are atheists. I believe some think this is a way to look like a rugged individualist (like a John Wayne type), grown up, my "own man", impress their friends, or appear tough.
...Think of all knowledge, then imagine the tiny amount of all knowledge that you know. With all that you don't know, how can you be sure there is no God?
...I think most professing atheists are actually agnostics. People are born with a knowledge of God's existence. I also understand in Marxist countries those who wish to wipe out belief in God have to work very, very hard.
...I hope you will reconsider your position and examine the claims of Jesus Christ, who claimed to be God and the only way to God.
...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. Acts 16:31
...Whosoever will, may come.

I dont find it hard to believe at all. It's the norm, not the exception. (Rejection of Christ).
No Christian can make anyone believe in Christ. God does that from the inside out. And all will not believe.
So ask Him for some insight. (be a real rebel)

I'm a Christian and I don't find it "hard to beleive" that atheists do not beleive in any "god" at all. I have met some authentic atheists and I do know they have genuine, cogent reasons for not believing in the supernatural. And no, I do not even try to convert them.

well, first, to the person who called all Christians deaf to the rest of the world...you just made yourself look very judgemental and ignorant.
anywayy, in answer to your question...i don't find it hard. I think that some devout Christians might find it difficult because religion is such a big part of their lives that they have trouble imagining life without a God.
but yeah
idk if that helped
but I know a TON of Christians (myself included) who have no problem with people of different faiths (or of no faith at all)

I dont go to temples and tell Jewish people there wrong.
I dont go to churches and tell Christians there wrong>
If I did I would be considered antisocial and probably get Kicked out and maybe arrested for disturbing the peace. Not doing that is just common decency.
I want to know why someone who does not beleive in theology is in a space Relgion and spiritualty.
WE all may be nuts BUT who is the real nut who debates with people who, he thinks is nuts. YOU are.
Grow up forgive your parents for being Pyhco Religious and get over it.

Because we know better. God says His Word is imprinted in the hearts and souls of all human beings. You know of God but choose to reject Him. Period.
Don't try and sugarcoat is by saying you don't believe.
Tell it straight and honest, you know God exists but you choose to reject Him.
Your lies will not fool a Holy and Sovereign God come judgment day. Good luck to You. Peace.

I do not find it hard to believe that you or anyone else does not believe in God. I just question why you spend so much time on this site, if not interested. Why, even speak to Christians?

If you do believe in God or any God, then you are not an athiest.
Am I right or wrong? I was under the assumption that is what an athiest is.... Do you believe in God?
