Do you mean do Christians as a whole believe in these things? Or what do individual Christians believe? There's no consensus as a whole among Christians.
I think intelligent extra-terrestials are possible, certainly, but it's not likely they exist (I find the "empty universe" hypothesis very convincing - it's mind-boggling how many variables have to be in place at extremely specific times in order for there to be a fraction of a chance of life starting on a planet). I think it's even less likely that humans will ever have any contact with intelligent ETs. But it's possible they exist - I don't see any conflict with their existence and Christianity.
I don't believe in ghosts - if by ghosts, you mean the souls of deceased humans that "hang around" on earth after death. When someone dies, their soul is judged by Christ and they either go to Heaven or Hell - they don't "hang around" on Earth for whatever reason. I do believe it's possible for demons to mimic activities that make it appear that there are ghosts, but then we're talking about demons, not the souls of dead humans. It's *possible* - but has it actually happened? I'm pretty skeptical. I've heard plenty of ghost stories, stories about haunted houses, poltergeists, and such. I've never seen any evidence that any of these stories are true. I think alot of the stories are made up for entertainment, hoaxes, or are the result of people who were mentally ill or high on drugs.

Ghosts, Aliens and UFO's do not exist. The bible gives us an example of the rich man and the beggar. They both died, they beggar went to heaven and the rich man went to hell. The rich man begged for a drop of water to be placed on his tongue to cool his agony. He was told that there was a great chasm between hell and heaven, so that no one could cross over from either side. I do believe that the anti-christ will use this UFO phenomenon, to explain why millions of people have disappeared one day. (Rapture) This will cause world wide panic and will create the necessary fear of destruction, in the minds of the people, in order for this man to gain control of the whole world.
He will use this UFO phenomenon one more time also. When Christ comes back to rule His world. I always found it utterly insane that when Christ returns, the world will launch an all out attack against Him. The world will be lied to by this demonic ruler and he will tell them it is another invasion by UFO's. This is how he will get the support of the whole world to launch an attack.
Aliens and UFO's are meant to put the fear of the unknown into the minds of people, it is propaganda and it will be used to deceive the entire world. The bible says the world will believe this powerful delusion. I believe the powerful delusion it is referring to is this UFO phenomenon.
God Bless You....Peace.

Demons exist whether you believe in them or not. though christians are not vulnerable to Satan, thats only if they choose the wrong path. Ghosts, thats more to do with the spiritual relm, im pretty sure its just a doing of Satan, the human body dies, the soul leaves..then theres judgement, bu tthats another story... aliens, there is no actualy evidence of existence.. but yes, its not like christiansdont believe in evil because theyre good.

Not me, neither one.
I have to see them to believe.
(I would treat God the same way except that he's already made himself real to me many times. So as far as invisible creatures go, he's the only one on the list. Angels are a problem for me. I've never seen them, God never introduced me to any, and beliefs are influenced by things other than credible sources. I'm leaning yes, based on Biblical claims but still skeptical.)

i can only speak for myself, sometimes things can be confusing but i know what GOD has to say on the subject.GOD has said the dead know nothing they are asleep and awaiting the second coming of christ and judgement day as are we all.GOD has created the entire universe and everything and every person or animal plant that is in it.EARTH is the only planet that has sinned.as far as the rest only GOD knows.

To dismiss anything as being impossible is to say Jesus didn't walk on water or raise the dead.
