We are extreemly close friends and I love her alot. Some times she leans more toward loving me, relationship wise ,than close friendship wise.
I Realy want to make this valentines day be the dividing line. I want to be in a relationship with her what can i do to prove my love for her/impress her.Please help!

Tell her you love her with one red rose.Write her an original poem in your own words to express those feeling and seal if with wax the old fashion way. For an old fashion couple.

Buy her chocolate in a heart-shaped box, and a really cute teddybear that says "I love you." Then take her out to dinner ^_^
