Bible verse about young people?

Where is the passage of the Bible that talks about how young people are important and can inspire the elders? I'm thinking it's in one of the Timothy's but I'm not sure????

1 Timothy 4:12
Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.
