I have these tiny excruciating lumps on my tongue.?

Well i have these really really tiny lumps on the tip of my tongue. I looked in the mirror they are just inflaimed taste buds it looks like but im wondering how to get rid of them? I have a gf is it possible they have been passed orally :S:S? What are they?

They are just localised infections. They will go without any treatment. If you are worried that oral sex has caused them you should get them checked out by a doctor.

Hi,get yourself to the doctor.I some times get them & there painfull.Mine usually clear in a week.Hope yours clear fast do not think its a STD.I use Oraldine its an antiseptic mouth wash.
