i have one phrase for you "all or nothing" walk right up to him and just ask him out if he says not then walk off with your head held high and that will make him feel like he was missing out or that he mad e a really bad mistake. and if he says yes...wel i dont think anything needs to be said then now does it.

If he's not asking you out he doesn't like you so don't waste your time. Just because you think he's perfect doesn't mean he's perfect for you or that he's even interested so good luck!
