you know, the ones they sell at the gas station that are supposed to give u energy. do they work? are they dangerous?

Leave those alone!!! Most of the time they're harmless and simply contain extra caffiene, but you never quite know how they are going to react with your body chemistry. If you have an undiagnosed heart condition or high blood pressure, you could be setting yourself up for a problem!

I wouldn't buy anything at the gas station. Most of the stuff by the cash register is full of "proprietary blends" which means that the manufacturers are unwilling to tell you how much, if any, of the stated ingredients are in their product. Some supplements that I recommend are: Arginine, Horny Goat Weed, Tribulus, and ZMA. I've written quite a few articles about how these ingredients function in the human body- see the reference below.
