Well...for one thing if u have to ask that question then the answer is probably "yes". And if he is cheating on you with his brother's girlfriend then the answer is "hell yes"

But seriously, if you can't trust your bf (whether or not he's having sex with someone else), clearly there are problems in your relationship, so yes, maybe you should break up.

The question you need to find out is if he is actually doing what you "think". If so then the question isn't "will you break up". the question will be when. you don't need that in your life. If someone is cheating then you need to get away from them, because you don't deserve to be treated like that. there are plenty of guys out there who wouldn't do that to you.
