Cold hands and feet are signs of poor circulation. I would see a doctor.

I have the same problem..
you're just born with it, I think it's just poor circulation and you learn to deal.

I don't think it's a health issue. I don't really notice it until I'll pat someone on the shoulder and they'll be like, "Damn! Your hand is cold!"

haha. I need a MAN to keep them warm, that's the real problem...

This is a possible sign of diabetes or it could just prove you are a smoker. If you think the first is an option go see your doctor it is better to know you have diabetes and get doctor help then try to take care of it on your own.

Could be a sign of low blood pressure...I have the same problem.
