No, not everytime. If you are virginal, thats another story. If not, then you need to see a doctor as soon as possible, there is something wrong if you bleed everytime. Get the problem looked into. Good luck.

No. Bleeding means, infection or tumor. Infections that cause bleeding are: Trichamoniasis, bacterial vaginosis. See your doctor.
