whats the better deal?

i have a ford 400 ci engine and a man is willing to trade straight up for a 429 cobra jet. but the 429 has a blown head gasket and is in need of a tune up. The 400ci runs great no problems. Is the trade worth it??

No not to me, but if you want to really find out call a garage and ask a mecanic this question. It doesn't hurt to get professional advice. Take care Heather
