Where can you to get unsual health problems validated ?

I have friend who claims to have cranial instabilty from NCR ( www.ncr.doctors.com ) proceedure that went wrong.

Is there any where that will support him in getting this verified ?

He says reg x-rays , mris will not work but he cant get any one to tale him seriously enough to help .

He thinks that dynamic MRI that takes a shot like film might but he would need to get it done private and it costs a lot.

nothing can verify the diagnosis but an NCR doctor. Be afraid. Be very afraid. Any outfit (like NCR) that claims such loony things as they do should be shut down.
Someone searching for a diagnosis who stumbles upon these types will find themselves confused and poor.
