It all depends on who the girl is... just because he says he's with another girl it doesn't exactly mean that he's cheating on you. He may be with a friend of his that's a girl but if he is cheating you let him go and you try it with some one new! Karma will eventually take its place with him!

You were some where else and came home and caught them? Take the girl by the hair of her head and throw her out the front door. Then tell him to follow her, and, tell him not to come back. Then take his clothes and pitch them out the front door.

When you are somewhere and see your guy with another girl (or vice versa)? I'd approach them so he'd know I was aware of the situation, break up with him publicly, and wish her luck with her known-to-cheat lover.
