I have all male friends. Yes every single one is male. Two of them are exes. The first i dated for over 3 yrs and we broke up because he sees me as much more of a friend. But sometimes he still makes comments how I will always be the sexiest woman he's ever known, inside and out.The second says I will always be his best choice. They all say they think I am attractive and I could get any guy. My question is, why didn't they stay with me if they think I'm so great? Will I always just end up being a friend in the end?

When you get so close to someone in that short amount of time its hard to forget everything you've had as friends and go into a real relationship with kissing and everything so it feels a bit uncomfortable. Try to be more spontaneous and date a guy who you just met so that you can get to know each other as boyfriend/girlfriend and if things don't work out then you guys can be friends afterwards.

as a guy, ive sad these kinds of things before...as guys, we dont know why we say these kinds of things...mostly i think, its because we know youre already a friend and arent gonna get offended if we call you sexy ya know? like guys cant do that to just anyone...maybe they do have lingering feelings for you, but you dont deserve to be like a back-up plan...you deserve much better...you need to be the number 1 in a mans life...and thatll happen in time...dont settle for less

Its better to appreciate those relationships which we have rather pretending that we have something we dont. they both probably know that you can do so much better then them so why not just find someone else instead of dwelling in the past?

the truth is that guys feel more comfortable expressing their feelings with their friends than with girls.....now that u r "one of the guys" they feel more comfortable n now that u r friends u r able to things together that u probably werent able when u were going out with them........sadly thats all u r going to end up being a friend unless u want more.........do u want more?
