Well cutting out eggs and cows milk is supposed to help a lot. Also bathing in sea salt is supposed to help with the soreness and dry patches. Try to relax too as is can be stress induced.

My little boy has really bad eczema.I had to stop using soap and bathe him with Diprobase cream using it like a soap.Afterwards I apply Fucidin H.cream which is a mild steroid. His skin has really cleared up and I notice a big Difference.Ask your doctor for advice about this.

there's is one way that always works for me and keeps it at bay for months run yourself a bath and through in tea bags and let it go cold. then just bath in it don't wash just Lay there for at least one half hour such clear it right up.

depends where you have it?I've got dermatitis on my hands and found the best thing for it was 'Lanacane' cream,put it on before bed & it really soothes it!
