Your point? China is probably the biggest future enemy we have. They have nukes, a huge army, a long term plan, and they are already beginning to put the clamps on us economically. They pose a much graver danger to the U. S. than they did back then. Their biggest weakness is whether or not they can hold themselves together from within. Our only hope is that the Chinese people will get tired of the oppression and overthrow the government.

Your information concerning Buddhists is way off. You've misinterpreted Buddhism for communism. Most everything you had described was a communist issue and had little to do with religion let alone Buddhism.
My grandfather was a Buddhist monk and an incredibly wise man (he married and had children before becoming a monk). Allow me to instill you on some Buddhist trivia so you better understand this religion.
There is no historical documentation of Buddhists starting a war because of their religion. This honor goes to the religions with roots to Abraham, which are the Christians, Jews and Muslims, who have been fighting each other for centuries.
Buddhism is best described as a religious philosophy rather than a religious belief as Christianity, Jew-ism and Islam are. In other words, Buddhists do not worship Buddha as a god or deity.
Buddhists can accept other religions, while the Christians, Jews and Muslims accept only their own religion. Technically, you can be a Buddhist and a Christian. However, modern Christianity will not accept a Christian being a Buddhist too.
The monk you mention who burned himself to death was Thích Quảng Ðức. He did this to protest the treatment of Buddhists by South Vietnamese President Diem, who was a devout Catholic. Although it seems horrible to burn to death, the Buddhists monks in Vietnam never raised their fist in anger. However, President Diem was known to have assassinated several monks for protesting against the South Vietnamese government at the time.
Being a Christian myself, it is hard to digest my own religion being incredibly violent and hostile, but facts are facts. The bible itself documents wars and crusades. Another fact is it's not the religion itself that cause wars, but the people who worship and probably misinterpret certain religions who cause wars.
Contrary to popular belief, the bible has been misinterpreted for many centuries, which has caused Christianity as a whole to believe and worship in ways that is perhaps no longer Christian-like. Who are we to judge otter religions when we can't keep our own house clean? We shouldn't spill our problems into Buddhism by misinterpreting their actions. They are not responsible for the mess that us Christians, Jews or Muslims have created in this world.

If you have the power all you have to do to get your people to go to war is manufacture, fabricate, that is, an enemy. You can fabricate your friends in similar fashion, coalition of the willing, for instance. Coerce partners in crime into existence by bribery with foreign aid or threats of sanction or attack. The smell of coffee awaiteth those ho are coming to attentiveness.
Happily for the pols the people forget everything after 6 mos. Happily again the people don't actually understand the politics or policies at all. Its good to be a pol. For now anyway. Until it comes time for them individually to pick up the tab for all the misery and bloodshed they have enthusiastically supported. I smell some eternal remorse just around the bend. It may be minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years or decades away but that remorse will burn like nothing else.
The pols have to play some role though and because they only care about themselves, their perversions and staving off the revelations of blackmailers they get to play a role that is less than noble. So pity them for they know not the debt that they must repay. And obey the ruler, for you are now in captivity in Babylon for your unbelief.
My hat is off to the exceptional representatives who do not behave in this fashion. You are truly as rare as hens teeth. Thank you Ron Paul, Henry Waxman, Cynthia McKinney and others.

human beings could have faith something they choose. they are able to worship or pray to besides the fact that they prefer. besides the undeniable fact that I certainly have a brilliant subject with those ideals getting used to make government coverage, to disclaim rights for gays to marry, to intervene in technological understanding coaching in instructions rooms, to intervene in woman's appropriate to go with. i'd help any ones appropriate to worship besides the undeniable fact that they please, i'd be the 1st to stand up and protest if that appropriate replace into denied them. Why can no longer theists and christians surprisingly upward push up for different rights to perception in a various way. Why can they no longer upward push up for uncomplicated human rights? basically don't comprehend it.
