NO.

Animals have a different type of soul than humans do.

However... they are dying from disease because man has been abusing them. They are kept in horrible conditions, fed the bodies of other animals. It is only natural that things backfire.

Personally, I call it the revenge of the chickens, as horrible as this situation is. I have a friend who works for WHO in Cairo and he tells me that the virus from chickens is from filth. He says that washing your hands is very important to keep healthy. He also says the virus has mutated so that current antibiotics are no longer effective. It has not been able to go from person to person but that will come at some point quite possibly. Then, we will have a pandemic that will lower the population of the world significantly.

In China, the whole country has it.

We humans have created a great imbalance in everything on our planet. Is it surprising we are getting payback? Some people call it Karma but there is more to it than that.

It is up to us to do the best we can and that starts with better treatment of everyone and every thing on the planet, including the ones we eat.

Yes animals have to live by the same laws of cause and effect as humans have to. Karma doesn't come from a God but is simply a mystical term for cause and effect.

The reason animals die is everything in this physical universe in which we live is bound by the cycle of life death and rebirth. This is the cycle that is represented in all religions in some way or another. Nothing is immune to the laws that govern the natural world. It is not a matter of a sin it is just the way this level of existence is.

Because viruses form and animals pick them up because they're dirtier than people.
