Depends on where they are. In California they can work in a Child Care center as a pre-school teacher. In Public Education they can work as an IA (Instructional Assistant) in a special education class.

I would imagine one teaches in an nursery school or pre-school. You could also work in a child developmental center if you have experience with disabled or intellectually impaired children.
You didn't look at the job market BEFORE you did your degree in ECE?
