I have a screened in room off the back of my house. Two of it's walls are the exterior house walls, and the roof of the house extends over it. The concrete floor is sloping slightly for drainage. I am wondering if I need to break up the floor and pour a level one, or if I can leave it as is, or if it's possible to pour new concrete over the old to level it out. Any help?

They make a levelling-type concrete that when poured, will level itself. You can, and should, just go right over the existing slab.
In Arizona, we call that an "Arizona room."

Be cautious pouring new concrete over old. The new will "telegraph" any imperfections to the new over time, and one should usually tie the new to the old by drilling and putting in connectors or rebar. However, it may not be the only solution. It may be easier and possibly cheaper to just lay a wood subfloor over the old sloping concrete, level it up and give yourself a comofortable floor that you can tile, carpet or install laminate on. I'd give this strong consideration before pouring concrete. Good Luck.
