If your vehicle is stolen and you have filed a stolen vehicle report....this is actually a comprehensive loss and the vehicle will be repaired under that coverage. The theft came first, then the collision.

The damages to your vehicle would be covered under Comprehensive coverage. The damage to the other vehicle would be covered by the other person's Uninsured Motorist coverage.

I believe that falls into the realm of liability insurance. Collision insurance only covers the vehicle when you or someone listed on your policy is operating the vehicle. Storm, theft, that sort of thing would be liability insurance.

Yes if your insurance says so . Some insurance companies will tell you things over the phone that are misleading and fool you into thinking they are not liable .
