Yes. I read an article about group of young peopel promoting the slogan "virgin isn't a dirty word" or something to that effect. They were remaining absinent until they found the person they were to marry. They were doing this by choice...partly fueled by STDs and AIDS. They were not religious based.

Yes. Just because they are atheists, doesn't mean they are having sex willy nilly. I'm sure some are waiting for a variety of reasons...marriage, love, fear of pregnancy or STDs, etc.

Of course there are, atheists aren't stupid. they don't want STDs and AIDS any more than theists do. Or are you insinuating that you have to be religious to abstain from sex?
