Looking to dye my hair! Fair complexion, greenish eyes, any color suggestions?

I'd like some suggestions! If you have a picture of the hair color, all the better! I'm getting it done professionally, so no worries about how it'll turn out...

I'd say brown, brown hair and green eyes look good. DO NOT go with the strawberry brown, trust me

Red. As the opposite of green on the color wheel, it'll bring out the green in your eyes.

Go for orange (called "red") or an actual, cherry-red color. I had my hair black (natural color) with cherry-red streaks and I have fair skin and hazel eyes. It looked pretty rad!

But if you go red--make sure your eyebrows match. Get them dyed, or buy a brow powder or pencil that will make them look more red. My eyebrows looked a little goofy when they were black and I dyed my hair carrot-red.

But if you go cherry-red...everybody knows it's fake. The eyebrows won't have to match, but make sure you change your makeup to suit the new color. Sometimes, your old colors look bizarre with a new haircolor. Talk about it with the colorist, or just try out new tones.

Have fun! Hair color rocks! And get it glazed between colorings or use a protective shampoo--reds fade worse than other colors.

so it depends on the look your going for. Dramatic eyes? use a contrasting color for us with blue/green eyes that would be brown or shades of purple. Natural look? use a color close to your eye color, green or blue, or a very neutral skin tone color. every man loves a redhead with green eyes. BOOORING i say! but they are so few in the world. most redheads have blue eyes!

everyone's saying red, but i'm all about going dark. i think you should do highlights and lowlights, at least. get your red base going, add some blonde and then some brown streaks, and you'll look hot. definately gonna have to talk to your stylist about which colours will look best together.

your biggest problem with going red is it will fade within 2 weeks, easily, if you don't protect your colour with the best shampoo. i tell my clients, You're spending all that money on your hair, and you're going to throw it away if you don't invest in quality shampoo.

the best for reds is pureology. they make wonderful shampoos and conditioners that last you forever. whether you need smoothing, volume, or repair, they're great for it all. so definately talk to your stylist about getting some.

another okay shampoo is sexy hair concepts soy, pumpkin and chocolate soy shampoos and conditioners. like pureology, they're sulfate-free - meaning, they don't strip your colour when you shampoo. i find this is better on brown hair.

i don't know - i was gonna find you some "natural red" colours, but i say if your'e going red, do it with a bang!

ask to look at "red-oranges" if you want the more natural look, though.

For green eyes, use a red or autumn color so the color of the eyes really pop. My sister has green eyes and when she dyed her hair red brunette color, poeple noticed her eyes alot more.
