there are two breeders in Kent mentioned, Tufytoes (as you've already been told by Kem) & Adoring (Dartford in Kent)

You could try contacting the Traditional Ragdoll Cat Society (http://www.trcs.org.uk). I rescued one who was being fostered by a breeder in Kent but unfortunately I can't remember her full name/contact details but the society put me in touch with her.
