Like my profile says I am 50ish....
I really do have great legs....I always get told that...people say...wow...look at the muscles in your legs from top to bottom.
I work out...for my legs....a Stair Master...I have had it now for 12years...well it cost $800.00 it's one of those lifetime ones.
When I first got on it...I could not even do it for 5 minutes...and I was a runner. Now after 12 years on it.....I whip out 30minutes like its 10 minutes. STAIR MASTER.
Look around for a used one..they don't cost that now...because they always have new machines...but...I have never seen anything work like a stair master...I switch off every other day to my treadmill...I have both...so I can say...that treadmill does NOT do what my stairs do...also...I have a butt like a kid.
They really work...but of course I have been doing it for years.

walking, lunges and squats (do 3 sets of 8 work up to 3 sets of 15, using 3 - 5 pound weights) every other day and walk every day if you can for about 30 minutes that will work the larger muscles

Walk for at least half an hour a day. Cycling is good too either with an actual bicycle or exercise cycle.

I know exercise is best and the best exercise for your legs is walking in 3" heels.
As far as making them fantastic I think it is like my doctor said about my cholesterol - I asked how do I get it lower? he said get better parents! Some things we just have to be satisfied with, God made us, we live with it. (I'm lucky with my legs they are good - but my face makes children cry - trade you)

walk and jump the rope or take dance lessons... those are the best to have great legs. don't forget to drink a lot of water and stay away from to much coffee or sodas.

Do squats and use Jergens Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer. Looks great. You can buy it at Walmart for $5.97. Good luck.

Running is really good. Also, swimming (using a kickboard to focus on legs) or squats help a lot.

TRY PALATES. It works wonderful. By a workout video on it. You won't be sorry. My legs are so toned now, I get complements on them all the time. Also, running and jogging.
