Unfortunately, I think the only thing you really *can* do is get him to a vet. An indigestible item like a bag can easily create an intestinal blockage that he simply CAN'T pass, and that will ultimately kill him. I strongly urge you to contact a veterinarian and make some sort of payment arrangements so that your cat can be seen.
Good luck!

If he means that much to you then check with a vet about making payments. But get it to a vet! At least call one and maybe they can help you over the phone.

i'd genuinely contact your vet. i'd also commence checking her stool to work out if she is passing the wrappers. countless plastics, quite procuring luggage have animal fat residue on them (i'm uncertain if straw wrappers have this or not) this makes them a lot less complicated to split from one yet another. My cat likes to play and lick plastic luggage for this reason. eating those wrappers ought to reason a blockage or different severe intestinal topics. searching after this quicker quite than later can shop your cat suffering, now to not indicate, saving you countless earnings vet expenditures.

TAKE HIM TO THE VET I'm sure you can do without something for the sake of his health. find your local Blue Cross RSPCA or VET. Pets bring responsibility if you can't afford a pet (and they do cost - you should check out how much before you get one) you shouldn't have one. I hope he has been 'done' and had vacinations. May sound harsh but you can't care for something if you can't care for it.

I think the PDSA or the RSPCA might be able to subsidise vet bills for those on low income. Phone them and ask - it might save you cat's life to get treatment.

Bring him to the vet even though you don't have enough money. They'll probally treat him for free, but I'm not sure. It depends on the vet.
