How do you use Photoshop Filters?

After you download the filter, how do you get it in photoshop?

The filter toolbar (5th to the right from "File"). Click on it and hit what filter you want.

EDIT: oh sorry i saw the question and i didnt read the details... 1 sec ill check up on that...

EDIT: (2) Go to:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 6.0\Plug-Ins\Filters

and drop it there...
