She is a TV preacher who was the wife of Gene Scott, who used to babble about the Bible on a number of TV channels. When he wasn't scribbling colored lines on his "chalkboard", he was sitting in front of the cameras, wearing funny hats while smoking stinky cigars and using profanity. A real comedian.
