Unfortunately, there are no laws requiring children to look after parents. I would first of all phone your local agencies dealing with the disabled to see what assistance you could get through them. If you have a church or social group to lend you moral support, be sure to let them know of your plight. If your children have taken money or assets from you without your permission, you have the right to sue for their return in civil court--in fact, you could try getting on Judge Judy. She does a lot of programs about this sort of thing, and usually winds up lecturing the children about their moral responsibility to their parents--and then reminds them that 10 million people see the program. There is a link on the source that will allow you to submit your case to her.

It is nearly impossible for me to predict what to do in such a situation beforehand:What I know is that I would urge my children to leave me in a place( I don't know the English word for it) where the disabled can live on their own or looked after, for I know how hard it is to take care for a disabled person.

if i'm in that situation i can't do anything if my kids abandoned me specially if they have their own falmily.i don't expect something in return for my children. They know that i love them and cared for them.I supported them financially when they were still studying.what can i do as a mother? the best thing is to call the socila welfare or go to nursing home.I ask my pastor or christian friends for help.

I don't think anyone can say what they would do unless they are, or have been in that situation before. I think I'd pray, but you didn't mention anything about friends, so if they were there, I hope they'd help me.

Ask my church for help? Pray?
Why did they abandon you, if it's not too personal?

You need to write this question again as there is not enough information - you seem to be cut off in the middle of your sentence!

Go to my Plan B, because Plan A, i.e. kids taking care of me, wasn't working. Get in contact with your local dept of social services if you need help with things previously handled by your children. Also, if you are part of a church, get in contact with them as they are there to help you in times of need.
