You won't be put in foster care, don't worry. Children are only put into foster care if they are in extremely bad situations of physical or drug abuse. You really need to call Child Protective Services when she tries to kick you out to have CPS come out to your house. They will make your mother straighten out. If she tries to kick you out of your house, it is a CRIME, so she will be given a warning. I can tell you from my experience working in the field, she will likely straighten up and you won't have any more problems if you get CPS involved. Also, once you have it on record that she is throwing you out (you are not runnign away), they will not believe her the next time she tries to call the cops and say you are a run away. Besides, I don't know what city you live in, but most police departments do not bother to worry about the run away cases...it is just a little too low on their priority list.

So this boyfriend is more important than family? Even if your Mom is seriously messed up she has your interests at heart. Its only a BF issue? Well she has been through a lot and maybe knows something. Lose family, hearth and home for a 19 year old dude who at that age really has no idea as to what he is doing in life?
Family is everything... boyfriends come and go. Sure you can call the cops but you are so close to being 18 so how is this all going to go soon? No house, legally kicked out and a boyfriend who really doesn't have the resources to set up a house for you. Bet he won't want you then.
Talk to your Mom and comply with some things. I bet she will relax a bit. Otherwise stay on the road you are on and have to pay for it later.

Do u keep your room tidy? Do u do your home work when asked? Do u obey your mother? If not your home life will not improve unless u do.

I don't know this might sound lame but why don't you go to your local authorities and tell them what is the legally right thing to do. Tell them your circumstances and if you should continue being on your own or go back to your mom. Also make it very clear that you did not run away and if you did you wouldn't be there trying to figure out what to do.

i wouldn't know what to do in your situation but i do know one thing and that is that you need to find some better people to look up to because for you mom to do this to you is really immature. hope things work out for you. good luck.
