I know this guy who recently started wearing makeup but he says he likes girls, yet it seems like he flirts with guys, straight and gay guys, people that know him always come to me and ask me if he is gay, I tell them no, but why is he wearing makeup? why does he seem to obsess over pretty girls?

Not neccessarily. Lots of straight guys wear makeup. Especially, the dudes in bands. He could also be bisexual.

nicely first of all, many young children are immature, so something diverse is considered "gay" that is quite beginning to get stressful.
