Sounds like non-bleeding hemorrhoids. You can try to treat it OTC with something like "Preperation H," or you can soak in a bathtub of the warmest water you can stand. You can also take a used tea bag (any kind) and place it on the affected area to reduce swelling and any itching.
Also, try a stool softener (like colace) to reduce stress and strain in that area. (take as directed on box).
If these ideas don't work, you should probably see your doctor to see what it really is.

You probably have a hemorrhoid. Get some cream and start eating more fiber. You need 25-30grams of fiber a day. Get some fiber one (14grams per serving), a fiber supplement, and eat more fiber! Look at the labels! Good luck...

You probably have piles.
You can buy cream and supositories over the counter or is asda or tescos. avoid sitting on cold floors and you really need to try and pop it back up - but be careful of finger nails and best do it in the bath with nice warm soapy water
My bfriend suffers with them a lot - if they dont go down best have a trip to the doctors

Sounds like a hemmorhoid. Although you should probably have a doc take a look to make sure that's all it is, there are OTC treatments you can buy at most grocery stores or drug stores.
