I understand the importance of looking good for a dance. There is a way you can look different try to go and get your hair professional done. If you are willing to come out of your box a Little I'm sure the hair style will be wonderful . If you decide to go to the salon try and go a couple of times before your event to get to know the stylist and so the stylist can get to know u. I also think that you should try to add some hair for extra flair it does not have to be a lot of hair were it makes you look fake. Just enough to accomplish the task at hand and that is to look stunning at your last dance. Don't be afraid to try something NEW!

Try this website hairfinder.com. You may find something that you like. The other option is to go to perhaps a school or a pro hair salon and have them give you some ideas. I know the last two might cost you some money, but it might be a good idea.

You should start look at beauty shops and askin stylists on thier prices and the way they do hair. i know alot of people including myself that get alot of pretty hair styles and its people with short hair. so u need 2 start looking at pictures and maginazines, and etc. so when u get that stlye u like and the hair stylist get done to c if it fits you right. from their you will discover the style u like

i've always wanted to try that look where it's like short hair, w/kinda shaggy little layers, then use the mousse to define the texture...except i have a really bad face for short hair, and my hair is too slippery to pull it off. if u like this idea, try it!

One of my cousins in Europe used to wear her hair all-the-way down to her waistline. - Ooh! Yvon used to have such long / "manageble" hair that it made all of us guys say "Ooh / Ah-h-h-h! when she would "flaunt" in front of us.
Since she gave birth, she cut all her hair to a "butch" style. - She enjoys this butch-look much better than the length.

Does your hair (being short) turn STRAIGHT or does it "flow" into a form? - I am "blessed" with hair that is straight as an ironing board and just as stiff.
Try to have your hair FEATHERED as to give it more form. - I commonly have my hair feathered as it adds body and a "fuller" look.
I am letting my hair grow to a length for a donation to the LOCKS OF LOVE Org.
