Make pretty pictures..... thank you so much......?

ive been on myspace and ive seen my friends post their pictures and set them as default. some of them insert some very pretty graphics into their pics to make them look extra fab. Where can i edit my pictures?

adobe photoshop.. well depends wat kind of editing you want.. if you want to add brushing to them and really cool fonts then adobe photoshop is amazing

like camers, scanners and printers come with special software and stuff thats what i use
