I am afraid I don't live in your area but if that is a picture of your pup - he/she is so cute!. You could try your local vet for recommendations. Try to avoid classes that are too big - I took my cocker spaniel to training classes when he was a puppy and they just don't get the attention if there are too many excitable pups everywhere. My pup keep falling asleep on the spot cos he had to wait so long before his time to perform came round! Bless.

Try here:

If that's no good, ask at your local pet shop, library or vets or contact the Kennel Club.
Make sure you find a class which only uses kind methods & go along to the class without you dog first of all to check it out.

go to www.obedianceuk.com, they have a list of obediance clubs all over the UK in their clubs profile page. Almost all of these have members involved in competitive obediance so will have good trainers and as they are all run by club members (they are non-profit) they run in the evenings and will have good puppy and intermediate classes
