When my son was 2, he would use the potty all the time. After a couple of months, he wouldn't use it anymore. He is now 3 and refuses to use the potty. He will only go into the bathroom for a bath and screams bloody murder when you try to get him to use the potty. Does anyone have any good tips?

He won't sit on a small potty chair either.

have him wear big boy underwear that he gets to pick out at the store. play a game with him, try throwing cheerios into the toilet and see if he can make them sink...its worth a try. when he has an accident, make him change himself...and dont use pullups, theyre overpriced diapers. he'll get there. good luck

sounds like something happened to him while he was on the potty. try going back to a small potty chair, then he may not be as intimidated.

When my son was little he got pinched by the pot where it fits into the chair, so I had to go and buy one of those training things that you fit into your adult toilet for him to use. Never had any more trouble after that.
