Not everyone agrees that Islam is the fastest growing religion. I've check out this website:
Religious Tolerance
http://www.religioustolerance.org/worldrel.htm
and find this information in a table there:
Religion-% of world-growing or dropping
Christianity- 32% dropping
Islam-19% growing
Hinduism-13% stable
No religion-12% dropping--according to notes, this includes secular humanists, agnostics, and people of no formal, organized religion, but NOT atheists, which are listed seperately.
Chinese folk religion-6%
Buddhism-6% stable
Tribal religions-4%
Atheists-2%
New Religions-2%
Sikhism, Judasim, Spiritualism, Bahai, Confucianism, Zoroastrianism, Wicca, Shinto, Taoism, Other--less than 1%
According to this site, then, atheists/agnostics are not growing in number. I doubt that Islam surpasses Christianity in the next 10-20 years, much less other groups.
If you have statistics from elsewhere that challenge this information, by all means have someone post them so we can better discuss your question.

No it is moral decay. Those who wish to do anything they want will give any reason other than that to deny Christianity. That it tells them the things they want to do are wrong is why more and more turn from it. The Bible tell that this will happen.
