is the anything i can do to stop the sound going ahead of the picture when watching a film on pc?

when i am watching a film the sound is ahead of the auctual mouth moving is there any downloads that i can install or anything that i can do to my pc

depends on your memory,graphics card, cpu speed and of course the location of where you got this movie from :p.
there are several programs out there to help adjust out of sync films, just do a basic google search.

no, its the time delay in which the film was made must be a pirate movie is it or a made one? x
