Give him a days worth of food in raw meat. That cleaned my friends dog out well. Be aware she will be going out A LOT for about 12 hours. Then give her six hours after the cleasnse before you feed her.

What makes you think he has it? Aluminum is not a common heavy metal poisoning of dogss (like lead or zinc). If you are concerned, heavy metal poisoning can be very serious, that he ingested something made of aluminum the usual course of action is only surgery and chelators. I have never heard of any holistic type of treatment.
