Its hard to say which is better because it mainly depends on how you perform in it, thats why it should be something that you enjoy/want..
Communication engineering is a hot topic nowadays.. The Electronics Engineering departments offer some programming courses, so you will be programming a bit if you choose that. Computer Engineering focuses more on the hardware side of computers than software and programming...
I suggest that you look at the course list of each department and from there see which courses would you enjoy studying the most and which will help you in the career that you want to have.

I can only answer for the US but there's no reason why Egypt is any different. Computer Engineers here are a dime a doze. Even a high school student can write a program or put together blocks to do a simple compute function.

Communications people are in high demand with the expansions of wireless demands Here if you can do transistor level circuit design, especially in the RF field you are in very very high demand. Most of all, pick what you enjoy.

In electronic engineering you will learn communication theory and computer science (in a decent university) to a level where you could be employed in all three sectors, so that's the way to go. Plus you could specialise in communications or computers towards the end of the degree, so you're leaving your options open more. Ask universities you would like to go to if they cover these in their elec eng course first though.
